Delivery Fit for your Needs
At LRS Online, your convenience is paramount to us. We provide a range of delivery options crafted to suit your budget and schedule.
Every effort is made to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as soon as possible.
Once we have received your order, it is sent to our Fulfilment Department, who will process your order as soon as they can. Delays may occur due to stock availability and hence we advise on a 1-2 working day(s) order processing period.
We have two main delivery options:
- PAXI
- Door to Door Delivery (Courier)

What is PAXI?
PAXI is one of our delivery options, that allows you to collect your order at your nearest Pep, Shoe City or Tekkie Town.
How it Works
Select the PAXI option upon checkout and choose between Standard Delivery (7 to 9 Days) or Express Delivery (3 to 5 Days). You will then be requested to select your preferred PAXI point collection.
Once your order has been completed, we will process your order and dispatch your order. You will then receive a Paxi PIN number and a notification that your order is ready for collection. You will have 14 days to collect your order from your selected PAXI Collection point.

What do I need to collect my PAXI Parcel?
You will need the PAXI pin as provided by us to you as well as a proof of identification (ID) which will be provided at your selected PAXI collection point.
Can someone collect my PAXI Parcel on my behalf?
Yes, someone can collect your parcel on your behalf as long as you share the PAXI Pin with them and they bring a proof of identification with them. LRS Online bears no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever if a parcel is collected by another person on your behalf.
What if I can't find my PAXI Pickup Point?
If you are having difficulty finding your PAXI Pickup Point, please proceed with the checkout process. During checkout, select the option “NOT SURE ABOUT CORRECT PAXI PICKUP POINT.” After you have completed the checkout, a member of our Orders Support Team will reach out to assist you in choosing the correct PAXI pickup point.

To ensure we can offer you the most affordable prices, we have a modest delivery fee for all orders. This helps us keep our product prices as low as possible, allowing us to pass on the savings to you.

How to track your PAXI Order
Once you’ve received your PAXI tracking number via SMS, you can track your parcel by clicking the link below.
Door to Door Delivery (Courier)
We deliver via courier directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email containing your tracking number from either Fastway couriers or The Courier Guy.
Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as additional delivery charges may apply if the package is returned to us as undeliverable. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

What is Outlying Door to Delivery?
Outlying Delivery is Door to Door delivery to an Outlying Area as determined by our courier service, Fastway Couriers. Outlying Areas generally include small towns, townships and rural areas. Standard Delivery Areas include Cities and Suburbs. Below is a general guideline of outlying areas to assist you, but please note that the final determination depends on your postal code. Please contact us if you would like to know if your area is an Outlying Area.

How Long Does Delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the province and whether its Standard Delivery or Outlying Delivery. Generally, Standard delivery is 1-4 Days and Outlying Delivery 3-5 Days. Please see a more detailed breakdown below.
Important Notes
- Door to Door Delivery is not always possible to outlying areas, especially remote areas. In that instance, it is recommended that you select PAXI as your delivery option.
- Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this event take place, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment, however additional delivery charges may apply.
- Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once payment has cleared. The lead times above will therefore apply from date of payment and not date of order.
