Welcome to the LRS Rewards Club!
Earn points for referring friends, writing reviews and engaging with us on social media. Points convert to in-store credit (10 points = R1), which can be used for discounts on future purchases.
1. What is the LRS Rewards Club, and how does it work?
The LRS Rewards Club rewards you for referring friends, leaving reviews, and engaging with us on social media. Earn points, redeem them for in-store credit (10 points = R1), and enjoy discounts!
2. How do I join?
Sign up for free on our website. Make a purchase, and you’ll automatically join. Your referral link will be active after your first order.
3. How do I earn points?
You can earn points in various ways:
- Referrals: Share your unique referral link. When someone uses it and makes a purchase of R700 or more, you earn 500 points.
- Other Actions: Earn points for Website reviews (50 points), and following us on Facebook / Instagram and Tiktok (50 points each). Send proof to admin@lrsonline.co.za or WhatsApp (078 254 5248) to claim your points.
4. How do I redeem my points?
Log in and go to the “My Rewards” section to redeem your points for in-store credit. 10 points = R1, so 500 points = R50, and so on. Use your points at checkout for discounts on future purchases.
5. How does the referral program work?
You’ll receive a unique referral link upon joining. Share this link, and when your Friend makes their first purchase, both of you will earn rewards. If you join as a Whatsapp Customer, you will be given a 9 Digit Referral Code from our Whatsapp Support Team.
Note: Each household is allowed one referral link. If we suspect abuse, points may be invalidated.
6. Can I share my referral link on social media?
Yes! We encourage you to share your link on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other platform. The more you share, the easier it is to earn referral points.
7. Can I earn points on WhatsApp orders?
Yes! We also manage loyalty for WhatsApp customers. Your referral link works for both website and WhatsApp orders, though the benefits are greater on the website. Please contact us on Whatsapp (078 254 5248) if you would like to join our Loyalty Program on Whatsapp.
8. Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 1 year. We’ll send you a reminder before they expire.
9. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
10. What rewards can I get with points?
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or free/discounted products.
Note: Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
