1. What is the LRS Rewards Club, and how does it work?

The LRS Rewards Club lets you earn points for referring friends, leaving reviews, and engaging on social media. These points convert to in-store credit (10 points = R1), which can be used for discounts on future purchases. The main way to earn points is through referrals using your unique referral link.

It’s free and easy! Simply create an account on our website. To start earning points, you must make a first purchase. Once done, you’ll be automatically enrolled, and your referral link will be active.

You can earn points in multiple ways:

Referral Program (Main Way to Earn Points):

  • Promoter (You): Share your unique referral link. When your friend makes their first purchase using your link, you earn 500 points.
  • Friend: The referred person gets a discount on their first order.
  • Minimum Spend Requirement: Your friend must spend at least R700 for the referral to qualify.
  • Exclusions: Referral points do not apply to products marked with the “Exclusive” tag.

Other Ways to Earn Points:

  • Website Review: 50 points (Send proof to support.)
  • Facebook Follow: 50 points (Send proof to support.)
  • Instagram Follow: 50 points (Send proof to support.)
  • Tiktok Follow: 50 points (Send proof to support.)

To earn points for following us on social media, simply click the follow button from our website.

Points are added automatically to your account, but please note:
✅ These points are given on the honour system and are only valid if you’ve made a prior purchase and actually follow us.
✅ We verify all follows at checkout — if you’re not eligible, the discount may be removed.

Each point is worth R0.10. For example, 10 points equals R1, 100 points equals R10, and 500 points equals R50.

No, we also manage our loyalty program for WhatsApp customers and orders. Your referral link is 9 digits starting with REF-, and your friends can use it for WhatsApp orders. While our benefits are better on the website, you are welcome to join our referral program as a WhatsApp customer as well. You can earn referral points through both Website orders and WhatsApp orders!

You’ll receive a unique referral link upon joining. Share this link, and when your Friend makes their first purchase, both of you will earn rewards. If you join as a Whatsapp Customer, you will be given a 9 Character Referral Code from our Whatsapp Support Team.
Note: Each household is allowed one referral link. If we suspect abuse, points may be invalidated.

Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to share your referral link on WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Sharing your link on social media makes it easier for you to earn referral points when your friends make their first purchase!

Log in to your account and go to the “My Rewards” section. Points can be redeemed for in-store credit and used at checkout. (10 points = R1, so 100 points = R10, 500 points = R50, etc.) For our Whatsapp Customers, you can redeem your points when you place your Whatsapp Order.

Yes, points expire after 1 year. We will send you a reminder before expiration.

If a Friend returns an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted.

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

You can accumulate unlimited points, but some rewards may require a minimum number of points to redeem.

No, you can manage everything from your account on our website.

Your points remain in your account until you use them.

Currently, points can only be redeemed online or on Whatsapp.
